We meet on the first Thursday of every month at the Elk's Lodge, 1170 West Prairie Avenue.  We offer information, emotional support, and often have speakers from the medical community. NEW TIME! A light lunch will be served from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. Come early and socialize.  The group meeting will start at 1:00 P.M. and go until 2:30.
This month, we will meet on June 1st. Please join us!

Music and Wellness

This is a great class for strengthening your voice and improving the clarity of your speech and increasing the volume of your voice. It is a lot of fun. It is taught by our certified Music Therapist, Carla Carnegie. No singing ability required. Just come and have fun with the rhythm instruments.

The June meeting dates are:

June 8, 15, 22, and 29.  Hope to see you there!

Moving to the Music

This is a super fun, easy line dance type class that meets on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.  It is held at the Elk's. Lodge, 1170 West Prairie Avenue, Coeur d'Alene.  Come and participate to whatever degree you are able.  Socialization and exercise have been proven to slow the progression of Parkinson's.

*****This month we will have to cancel again. If anybody knows of an instructor that would come and help us out on the second, third and fourth Thursdays, we will pay for them to teach us. Please call Beth at 208-635-5243.

 Thanks!
